Elite Wheels Best provides concierge-level sourcing, leasing, and advisory services for premium and exotic vehicles. Our team curates an exclusive fleet tailored to your preferences, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience.

2. User Obligations

• Users must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Users agree to provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Users are responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. Payments are processed securely and in accordance with our pricing schedule.

4. Refund Policy

At Elite Wheels Best, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund minus a service fee of CHF 50.
• Cancellation 7 days or more before the rental date: 75% refund.
• Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the rental date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 72 hours of the rental date: non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Wheels Best shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
